Supporters are reminded that they can access a digital copy of their season ticket or matchday ticket via the Swansea City app.
Before You Travel
Before using the in-app ticketing service:
- Ensure your app is up to date and running the latest version
- Download the Official Swans app from your app store
- Use your Swansea Club Account to access your ticket
- Ensure it is linked to the correct season ticket account number (this should match the number on the bottom left corner of your season card)
Eligible supporters can access the 'Jacks' tab of the Swans app and click 'view your matchday ticket'. This may prompt users to log in with their Swans Club Account, before displaying their ticket(s).
Important Information for International Fans
- No internet connection is needed at the turnstiles, but you must log in beforehand when on Wi-Fi to enable your tickets to appear in the app
- Purchase tickets at least 48 hours before the game (download can take up to 24 hours)
- Screenshots of tickets will not work - the actual app must be used
- The app will automatically boost your screen brightness when presenting tickets
- Cracked screens may prevent barcode scanning
- Group tickets: All tickets purchased will appear in the buyer's app only
- If travelling separately from others in your group, the lead purchaser should print PDF tickets to distribute
- Ensure your phone is fully charged before arriving at the stadium
- There are no charging points available at the Swansea.com Stadium
- If your battery dies, you'll need to visit the ticket office for a printed replacement
Season tickets and print-at-home tickets will also remain fully operational, and ticket holders are welcome to use whichever option is most suitable for them.
